Stuck in a Loop
Time-loop films in the spirit of Groundhog Day — repetition as a path to change.
There's a peculiar comfort in the time loop, once the panic wears off — the idea that a day can be lived again and again until you finally get it right, or at least stop being the person who kept getting it wrong. These films use repetition the way a poem uses a refrain: each pass reveals something the last one missed, until the loop itself becomes less a trap than a teacher.
